By booking or attending a Little Tree program, workshop or event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

• Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

Places are limited and bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Participation

Parents and carers remain responsible for the supervision and wellbeing of their children unless otherwise advised for a specific program.

Participants are expected to treat others, animals, equipment and the environment with kindness and respect.

Little Tree reserves the right to refuse participation where behaviour places the safety or wellbeing of others at risk.

• Health & Safety

Parents and carers must advise Little Tree of any medical conditions, allergies, accessibility requirements or additional support needs that may affect participation.

Participants attend activities at their own risk. While every reasonable precaution is taken to provide a safe environment, Little Tree accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage except where required by law.

• Outdoor Activities

Many Little Tree experiences include outdoor play and nature-based learning.

Participants should wear weather-appropriate clothing, enclosed footwear where suitable, and bring any items listed for the program.

Activities may be modified or postponed where weather conditions make participation unsafe.

• Photography

From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during Little Tree programs for promotional purposes.

Permission will always be requested during registration, and participants may opt out at any time.

• Intellectual Property

All Little Tree resources, activities, artwork, written content and educational materials remain the intellectual property of Little Tree and may not be reproduced without permission.

• Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings are subject to the Little Tree Cancellation, Refund & Booking Policy.

• Changes to Programs

Little Tree reserves the right to change program dates, locations, facilitators or activities where necessary to ensure participant safety or due to circumstances beyond our control.

• Privacy

Personal information collected during the booking process is used only to manage bookings, communicate with participants and meet legal obligations. Information is handled in accordance with Australian privacy legislation and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.

• Acceptance

By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
