Cancellation, Refund & Booking Policy

At Little Tree, our programs are intentionally kept small to create meaningful experiences for every participant. As places are limited and often booked in advance, we ask that you read our booking policy before registering.

Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

Some programs may offer payment plans or recurring payments where specified at the time of booking.

Your booking secures your place for the selected program, class or event only and cannot be transferred to another person without prior approval.

School Term Programs

Our school term programs are designed as a complete learning experience, with each session building on the previous week.

If you are unable to attend a class, we are unable to offer refunds, credits or make-up sessions for missed classes.

Where possible, Little Tree may provide resources or activities to complete at home, however this is at our discretion.

Workshops & Pop-Up Events

If you cancel:

  • More than 14 days before the event, you may receive a full refund or transfer your booking to another available event.

  • Between 7 and 14 days before the event, you may receive a credit to use towards a future Little Tree program.

  • Within 7 days of the event, refunds and credits are generally not available unless your place can be filled from a waitlist.

Cancellations by Little Tree

If Little Tree needs to cancel a class, workshop or event due to unforeseen circumstances, illness or insufficient numbers, participants will be offered either:

  • a full refund; or

  • a credit towards another Little Tree program.

Where possible, we will provide as much notice as possible.

Missed Sessions

Refunds, credits or discounts are not available for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, family commitments or other personal circumstances.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Requests relating to serious illness or exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Weather

Many Little Tree experiences embrace outdoor learning.

Programs may continue in light rain or cooler weather where it is safe to do so. If conditions are deemed unsafe, participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

Waitlists

If a program is fully booked, you may join the waitlist.

Should a place become available, you will be contacted in the order registrations were received.
